How can I retrieve my account
Beadian utilizes complex hash algorithm to store sensitive user information. Therefore,
no one can obtain our customer information even if having a direct access to our
database.
The only way to retrieve user account is resetting the password. By verifying your
personal information when you registered the account, an email containing the new
password will be sent to your email address.
You can login with the new password and change it back to the codes you feel comfortable. |
