Beadian.com has been making every effort to satisfy our customers with high quality products and fast delivery. Orders successfully placed in our online system will usually (but not guaranteed) be processed in 1-2 business days.
In few situations that our customer might order more quantity than what we stock in the storefront inventory, and those products would be labeled with "Ship from warehouse in 5-7 business days" in your shopping cart. If you place an order with any item marked with "Ship from warehouse", we would ship your entire order from our main warehouse instead of the storefront inventory, and it would take some more days in the processing procedure.
Transit Times We are located in San Mateo, California (USA), which means that some orders mailed to the East Coast, or outside of this country, may not arrive as quickly as orders mailed to destinations that are closer to us. Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer to process than stated due to large order volumes associated with holidays, special promotions, or delays associated with the carrier. International orders pass through customs, which may add additional delays.
We stand behind every product in the Beadian.com online store. If you're unsatisfied with the products you receive for any reason, or they are defective in any way, we'll refund the cost of those items less shipping costs. Please notice that items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We DO NOT accept returns for strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled.
We accept requests for returns within 14 days of the delivery of the product. You must then return the product to us within 10 days of your request for your return to be processed. Beadian will refund return First Class postage ONLY if you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by Beadian for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided.
To return items to Beadian, please follow these steps:
- Within 14 days of delivery, click here to contact our customer service representative for a return.
- Please make sure you provide the order number, your Beadian account name, and reasons why you return one/some of the item(s).
- A representative will check the eligibility of your return and send the return address to the email you provided.
- Package and ship the items (in some of the bubble wrap or padding, along with a copy of your original invoice to the return address specified in your email.
- The package must arrive within 10 days in order to receive a refund.
